If you have a small lot but do not want to miss the luxury of our NewDesign house line, our SkyView is just right for you. Around the central pedestal steps you will find a compact elegance with all the comforts of a larger home. Several spacious double patio doors and fixed windows bring the garden directly into the house from several sides. The parents' room upstairs has its own closet space. For the three bedrooms there is a large bathroom with the possibility for a "walk-in" shower or a spa corner. A separate toilet complements the second level. If you want to have a "close-up view" of your surroundings, go to the top floor on your standard roof terrace. True to the motto: "You deserve it!"
