New Design Five

Our NewDesign Five is a versatile designer house, which you can transform into your new dream house with optional Erkervorbau and balconies, and a choice of several roof shapes. On the upper floor, you will be pampered in a separate parents' wing on almost 34m² with bedroom, closet space and parent bathroom. An open living-dining room with sliding door, three further bedrooms and a further bathroom upstairs and a toilet shower on the ground floor complete the planned just under 164m² NewDesign Five.
