1) In the event of an unexpected loss of employment due to termination by your employer, VARIO-HAUS guarantees to cover your loan instalments up to a maximum of 400 euros per month for a period of twelve months. This assurance is valid until 24 months after the conclusion of the purchase contract (date of signature of the buyer). The last instalment to be taken over is therefore possible in the 24th month after conclusion of the purchase contract at the latest. In order for VARIO-HAUS to take over the loan instalment subsidy, proof of an earmarked loan or credit from a bank or building society is required. The earmarking and the amount of the loan repayment instalment must be confirmed by the lender. The maximum instalment subsidy is independent of the number of buyers per purchase agreement. This agreement is only valid for dependent employees.
