Individualising our standard houses
Even with our standard houses , we offer you a wealth of differing planning variations. Here you are guaranteed to find a house that corresponds with your wishes, budget, site and the local building regulations. Naturally enough, you are free to alter the ground plan and many other details of the fixtures and fittings to match your individual ideas. At no extra planning charge, you can:
- Redesign the ground plan and include additional rooms
- Select a different roof style
- Move walls and thus make rooms larger or smaller
- Enlarge the window area up to complete glass fronts
- Provide your new home with barrier-free access, e.g. for wheelchair users
In this connection you only pay for any possible resultant additional expenses. Savings are credited as a matter of course.

Why not adopt the approach of many of our clients? Meet up with one of the VARIO-HAUS building advisors for a non-binding discussion and show him or her your sketches and ideas. Our building advisors are good listeners and are more than pleased to help with the detailed determination of your wishes and their alignment with local building regulations. Wall for wall, he or she will plan your dream home with you free of charge (note). The name VARIO-HAUS derives from flexible construction, so take us at our word!
