    Choose from three construction stages

    Irrespective of whether you wish to largely complete your VARIO-HAUS home independently, or want to purchase a completely equipped VARIO-HAUS building that is ready for occupation, we offer three construction stages from the basement or upper foundation slab surface upwards that comply with the directives of the Austrian Prefabricated House Association.

    Bare bone house

    Planning, assembly, energy-saving walls, ceilings & windows, roof, stairs

    Ready for finishing house

    "Bare bone house" + electrical installations, sanitation pipe installation, gas central heating and cement screed

    Turnkey House

    "Ready for finishing" + wall and ceiling surface finishing, sanitary installations and interior doors

    Naturally, all intermediate variations are possible with VARIO-HAUS. For example, a bare bone house with heating and screed floor, or supplemented with the various fittings packages.
