The acceptance of costs and price rebates are valid until December 31st 2016.
Refunds in cash or in combination with other promotions are not possible.
1) In the case of an unexpected job loss due to dismissal by your employer, VARIO-HAUS undertakes to assume the payment of your loan instalments to a maximum amount of EUR 400 per month for a period of twelve months. This warranty is valid for a period of up to 24 months following the conclusion of the purchase agreement (date of the signature of the buyer). Therefore, the lates final instalment that will be undertaken is possible in the 24th month following the signing of the contract. Verification of an earmarked loan or credit from a bank or savings bank is required for the provision of the loan instalment grants by VARIO-HAUS. The earmarking and amount of the loan repayment instalments are to be confirmed by the creditor. The maximum amount of the instalment grant is dependent upon the number of purchasers per purchase contract. This agreement is only valid for persons in paid employment.
