Our payment modalities
The payment of the construction work is made in installments and depending on the progress of construction, which is confirmed by you as the customer.
If you decide for a bare bone house:
- 5% after signing the purchase contract (deposit).
- 70% after assembly of the exterior and interior walls and ceiling
- 20% after roofing
- 5% after handing over the house
If you decide for a ready for finishing or turnkey house:
- 5% after signing the purchase contract (deposit).
- 60% after assembly of exterior and interior walls and ceiling
- 15% after roofing
- 15% after completion of electrical, sanitary and heating installations
- 5% after handing over the house
