Sustainable redensification in Zeltweg - 12 new residential units

In the Styrian city of Zeltweg, VARIO-HAUS, commissioned by Friesca-Holding GmbH, completed an ambitious residential project comprising a total of 12 housing units:

• 1 apartment building with 4 units across two levels
• 2 rows of terraced houses with 4 units each

 
Sustainability meets urban densification
Special attention was given to the responsible use of land resources. The three new buildings were constructed on plots with existing older structures, which were purposefully supplemented by modern housing. This allowed for urban densification in line with sustainable land use — true to the motto: “Old meets New.”
 
Turnkey in record time
All buildings constructed by VARIO-HAUS are low-energy houses and were completed turnkey within just six months. Handover to the new residents took place on schedule and to the full satisfaction of the client.
