In the town of St Michael im Lungau within the great ski region of Katschberg in the heart of Austria this project consisting of 3 semi-detached houses based on the type "Duplex D113 XL" was built on behalf of a private real estate developer.
Starting with the first darft based on the applicable building regulations until the handover to the residents of the turnkey-ready units, VARIO-HAUS was in charge of every single step and worked as general contractor. Even for the selling process, the real estate developer could rely on the ressources of VARIO-HAUS.
