Assisted living Schwarzau

The project in Schwarzau am Steinfeld offers assisted living for people aged 60 and over or with health restrictions.
 
The 16 barrier-free apartments were built within a year on behalf of a public building cooperative and completed in September 2024.
 
Assistance when you need it
All residential units are designed to be barrier-free and the residential units on the upper floor are accessible by elevator. The aim of assisted living is to enable older or impaired people to lead as independent a life as possible with the necessary support. The communal room with integrated kitchen promotes social interaction and a sense of community among the residents.
 
The project was realized in Schwarzau am Steinfeld (Neunkirchen district) in Lower Austria, where *VARIO-HAUS was the general contractor "from greenfield to ready-to-occupy property".
